Aimen is a young professional dedicated to bridging the gender digital and financial inclusion divide. As the Co-Founder of Torchbearer, an organization focused on using SDG 17 - Partnerships for the Goals to bridge the gender digital divide, Aimen advocates for women’s empowerment through access to digital tools, financial services, and sustainable practices. Torchbearer works on campaigns such as Maahwari, addressing period poverty and promoting menstrual hygiene, while fostering partnerships for climate justice and peacebuilding in marginalized communities. Aimen has also been affiliated with Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd (MMBL), where she is involved in advancing financial inclusion for women through initiatives like the WIN (Women Inspiration Network) program. In her role, she has collaborated on projects with USAID, Mastercard, and CARE, applying her expertise in gender-responsive financial solutions to promote women’s economic empowerment and drive positive social change.

Gunela Astbrink has been active in disability policy, programs and research for 30 years and brings this experience to Internet governance. Gunela has organised workshops and spoken at national, regional and global IGFs as well as participating in NETmundial in Brazil. She was the founding Chair of the Internet Society Accessibility Standing Group, completed a term as Vice-Chair of ICANN's APRALO and is a past member of the IGF Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG). Gunela has initiated and is leading a disability leadership training program in Internet governance and digital rights as well as coordinating the development of an ISOC online course on disability and digital rights.

His work is dedicated to fostering an open, globally connected, and secure Internet. Through fellowships with organizations such as the Internet Society, ICANN, and the University of Chicago, Pranav has cultivated significant expertise in multistakeholder engagement, Internet governance, and policy advocacy. Pranav has designed and implemented capacity-building programs in collaboration with institutions like the Oxford Internet Institute and Sciences Po, achieving over 90% participant satisfaction. Lennon CHANG
Australia - Associate Professor, Deakin University (Academia)

Dr Lennon Chang is Associate Professor, Cyber Risk and Policy, in Deakin Cyber Research and Innovation Centre and School of Information Technology, at Deakin University. His research interests focus on the intersection of law and technology, cybercrime and cyber security, co-production of cyber security, disinformation campaign and foreign interference, especially in the Indo-Pacific region. He is also working with governments and NGOs in ASEAN countries on research and training programs to build cyber security capacity and cyber security awareness. Dr Chang is interested in researching crime and governance of cyberspace – cyber law, cybercrime, public-private collaboration, and co-production of cyber security. He is particularly interested in the regulation and governance of cyberspace in the Asia-Pacific region. His book Cybercrime in the Greater China Region: Regulatory Responses and Crime Prevention (Edward Elgar, 2012) is about the nature and range of responses to cybercrime between China and Taiwan.

Edmon Chung is serving as the CEO for DotAsia Organisation. He also participates extensively in global and regional Internet related groups and contributes his time and expertise to Internet Governance related issues. Since 2002, Edmon played a leadership role in the region-wide ‘.Asia’ domain extension initiative. He championed DotAsia Organisation as a not-for-profit organization and its mandate to promote Internet development and adoption in Asia. Since the launch of ‘.Asia’ web presence in 2008, DotAsia has contributed significantly to a variety of community projects in Asia, including for example: Go.Asia, ISIF.Asia, NetMission.Asia, MaD.Asia among others. Edmon is also an inventor of patents underlying technologies for internationalized domain names (IDN) and was involved in making it possible for the introduction of multilingual domain names and email addresses on the Internet. In 2000, Edmon was selected by Canada’s most prestigious and influential news journal, The Globe and Mail, as one of its ‘Young Canadian Leaders’. I am a passionate youth leader with several years of active engagement in democratizing human rights in the digital age. Transitioning from a technical background to advocating for the involvement of young people in shaping inclusive technology policies. My journey in shaping inclusive internet policies began in 2018 and Since then, I have been deeply involved in advancing the issues of open, inclusive and secure internet access both locally and globally. With a dedication and commitment on advancing digital freedom, cybersecurity, and multi-stakeholder participation in internet policy making, I have also led different global youth initiatives, including the Internet Society Youth Standing Group and the Youth Coalition on Internet Governance (a Dynamic Coalition of UN IGF). Some of my remarkable achievements include institutionalization of the Digital Freedom Coalition, co-founding Open Internet Nepal and the Youth Internet Governance Forum Nepal. With a strong background in law, human rights, and advocacy, Manique has worked extensively to promote the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) and ensure accessibility and inclusion in policy frameworks and public discourse. Manique has collaborated with government bodies, international organizations, and civil society networks to develop training modules, conduct workshops, and influence legal reforms aimed at empowering disability groups, including women and children with disabilities. Manique has spearheaded the creation of training materials for Persons with Disabilities, focusing on CRPD standards, accessibility, and inclusive practices. Manique is also a skilled public speaker, having delivered presentations at international forums, including IGF, APRIGF and APSIG since 2018, where their work on advocacy initiatives for persons with disabilities in Internet Governance, Accessibility and Digital Rights. Biography of Mohammad Abdul Haque Anu Mohammad Abdul Haque Anu is a visionary leader with over 33 years of experience as a social and industry evangelist in ICT journalism, Internet Governance, e-Commerce, ICT4D, and telecommunications. Known for his transformational leadership and strategic insight, Mr. Anu has played a pioneering role in developing Bangladesh's ICT sector. Born on February 15, 1975, in Dhaka, Bangladesh, he hails from a noble Muslim family. His father, Mohammad Abdul Hai, was a businessman engaged in socio-organizational activities, and his mother, Sabera Khatun, was self-educated with a passion for learning. Mr. Anu is the Executive Editor of Computer Jagat, Bangladesh's first ICT magazine, where he has been instrumental in fostering ICT awareness and business development. He co-founded and served as President of the Bangladesh ICT Journalist Forum (BIJF) and received the National ICT Journalist Award in 2016. Currently, Mr. Anu serves as the Secretary General of the Bangladesh Internet Governance Forum (BIGF), working under the United Nations Internet Governance Forum's initiatives. He is also a member of the Asia Pacific Regional Internet Governance Forum (APrIGF) and an advocate for digital capacity building, research, and outreach. His global engagements include participating in multiple UN IGF events and leading initiatives such as the Bangladesh School of Internet Governance (bdSIG), Bangladesh Youth IGF, and Women IGF. A long-time member of ICANN, Mr. Anu contributed to making the internet multilingual as part of the Neo-Brahmi Script Generation Panel, earning him recognition in 2019. As a founding member of the e-Commerce Association of Bangladesh (e-CAB), he has significantly influenced e-commerce policy and trade in the country. He also serves as Chairman of Arpon Communication Ltd, focusing on ICT and e-Commerce solutions. Waqas is the Regional Lead for Asia at Global Digital Inclusion Partnership (GDIP). He spearheads the policy and advocacy engagements for GDIP and the Women in Digital Economy Fund (WiDEF) in the region. Before GDIP, Waqas led the international collaborations and partnerships for the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA). He is also an active contributor to the internet governance community on the national, regional and international level. He is the former Vice-Chair of the Multistakeholder Group of the Asia-Pacific Regional Internet Governance Forum (APrIGF) and the current Vice-Chair of the Asia-Pacific School on Internet Governance (APSIG). He was also the President of the Internet Society Pakistan Islamabad Chapter for four years and the former Vice-Chair of its Board of Directors. I am the founding Chief Executive Officer of News Network (www.newsnetwork-bd.org), a non-governmental, non-profit organization based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, established in 1994. With 37 years of experience in journalism, I have worked with leading national newspapers, news magazines, and international news agencies. Over the past five years, I have led programs for News Network to promote digital security and physical safety for journalists, human rights defenders, youth, and civil society activists. Throughout my career, I have edited and published more than 60 studies and in-depth reports on critical sociopolitical and human rights issues. These include topics such as political violence, general strikes (hartals), attacks on media, governance challenges, water-sharing disputes with India, arsenic poisoning, corruption, dowry practices, human trafficking, and the struggles of border communities between Bangladesh and India. I have covered many international events, including the UN session in New York (1993), an international conference on corruption in South Korea (2003), and the US presidential election (2004). I also launched an accelerator program to mentor and fund women-led tech startups, driving growth and impact. My technical contributions include platforms like Mashtor.com, an AI-powered tutoring marketplace, and Smart Card Generator, a blockchain-secured identity management tool. I have also developed large-scale e-governance systems leveraging automation to improve public services. I actively promote women in tech through initiatives such as the National Hackathon for Women and cybersecurity campaigns. My work focuses on harnessing emerging technologies like blockchain, Web3, and AI to create scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.
